You're learning something new. Doing the right thing at the right time in the right sequence. That's another very important part of this is you have to do things in the right sequence in order. In other words, I don't want to be doing a whole bunch of sales and marketing stuff until I have my leadership and culture and process and those type of things in place first. Because they all rely on each other, they all affect each other. And so as the business grows, solo tech, one person operator, two or three people, maybe usually friends and family, entrepreneur moves into hiring people outside of their circle. Business is starting to put leadership people in place. And so you have to have different skills in each one of these pillars to do that effectively. And then you move into an owner being a true owner. An owner is not an operator. They're very different operators in day to day owner is leading people and may even have a leader in place that runs the business for them because they're focused on the next level of leadership, which is expansion and deciding how do I want to expand if I do want to expand and where they may go from there.
