We have all of these different things that we need to start looking at from an owner's perspective instead of the operator or entrepreneur's perspective. We start to put leaders in place that we pay very well to make sure that they do a good job of getting us to where we want to go with our vision. And our job as owners is to lead that well, to love our people and give them the tools so that they can be successful.
