Clearly defining our culture. We might have a great culture right now. As a matter of fact, most of you probably do have a great culture. But we need to get our hands around what it is that makes our culture so great. Who do we want to be? Who are we? And what is so great about it? We need to write it down. We need to document it. We need to put some bones and some flesh around this company, our identity, what we're all about. We also need to clearly create our core values.
