Stage 6 in the natural progression of a home service contractor. We call this stage expansion. Now, if you're getting to this stage or in this stage, you're in pretty rarefied air. These companies are doing $20, $30, $40 million. They also very commonly do this with multiple locations across a state or across multiple states or the entire country. If you can imagine getting to this stage, you've done thousands of jobs. We should be pretty good at selling, building, collecting, and managing all of those projects. You're also probably more interested in refinement. In other words, we don't make big broad stroke changes to the entire company. It's very difficult to do because once we've gotten to this size, we've lost some of that agility that we had when we were a little bit smaller. And so we're looking for small opportunities to make adjustments and changes inside of the company. And that leads into our objectives that we have at this size. Number 1, managing people and processes. We are managing people and processes at this point. Number 2, leadership, leadership, leadership. Number 3, very high-level strategic thinking, planning, and plotting.
