Good morning, everybody. It's Jim Johnson here, the head coach at Roofcoach Pro with this week's two minute drill. I just got back from vacation. I spent a little time in Colorado up in the mountains seeing some of God's beauty. And I wanted to talk to you about one of the keys to success. For me, it's one of the things I got to realize whenever I was out spending some time in nature and doing some of the things that we do, I kind of got to refocus back on myself and how I interact with others. And hopefully this will help you as as well. One of the keys to my success has been the word love and understanding what that means whenever I'm working with those around me. I got to love who I am first. Know who you are, love who you are, and know that you're doing the best that you possibly can. We all make mistakes and being able to deal with those mistakes and realize that we're still a good person will help us through some of those tough times. Love what you do. I absolutely love what I do. Coaching. I loved what I did in the roofing industry as an owner and a manager and a salesperson. I enjoyed being a salesperson the most. So I loved what I did and then finally love who you work with. And I mean the people you work with, the people you work for, your suppliers, your vendors, and most of all, your customer. If you love them and it's genuine, they'll know it and it'll show through in what you do and you'll be very successful. And when you put them first and you put others first, your love is going to determine your success out in the field. So hopefully today you enjoyed our two minute drill. I've got a couple more coming for you here in the near future about our three keys to success in all that you do, whether it's personal, business or individual. Thank you very much. Have a great day and we'll see you next week.
