In your understanding of each other, there's a good chance that that person is an excellent communicator, especially if you can't pin it down. If you're trying to pin down whether or not this person tends to communicate motion, do they tend to communicate facts? Are they indirect? Are they direct? I can't, can't get my feeling on where this person just. It's probably because that person navigating that full spectrum, and they're very good at making their way. That's a good communicator because they can get to where people are.
