The hero sales culture is marked by salespeople who are willing to make sacrifices. They're willing to sacrifice their ego. They're willing to sacrifice their time. They're willing to sacrifice oftentimes their resources, and oftentimes they're willing to sacrifice their money. I know at this particular company, for the most part, the salespeople were the first people through the front door every single day. And generally they were the last ones to leave. That did not go unnoticed amongst the rest of the company because they would come in and they knew that's Nathan's car, that's so and so's car. That's so and so's car. We know those are the sales guys. They're already here. And then when they're on their way out, they can still see those cars in the parking lot as well. Now, I know some of you don't work at a central office, right? But you get the point that I'm getting at.
