They're like doctors or attorneys or therapists. They don't tell anybody. They're like, hey, man, you're a mess. You need me. I got you. We're not all great at everything. Go get the right people involved, and you'll be shocked at how much more stress and anxiety and pain comes off of you because you got a professional or specialist involved helping you. If you didn't learn anything else from today, that's number one. Go get the professional to help you out.
