He emphasizes responsibility as a leader and the central role of personal development to prepare for scaling and combating unethical competition.
Jim I have a mission to save our communities from unscrupulous contractor that includes going to every corner of the world. And I won't get there and I won't be able to lead this organization. I have a lot of responsibility. I'm running a. I went from installing my first shingle in 97 to growing a local roofing company to now being the CEO of a very fast growing, you know, will be a billion dollar business in short order. It's my responsibility to make sure that I'm ahead of the curve and that I'm doing everything I can from a personal development side to make sure that I'm doing I am the best person for this role. And you can't do that by, you know, by phoning it in.
