This is how you move up the stages. Because I can reinvest my profits, I can refine my expenses and what I charge, and then I can repeat that again and repeat that again. Getting better and better and better and better about it all the time. This is something that we need to get great at as leaders and as owners of our businesses. But each one of you in your different pillars of the business, if you're a marketing leader, you're a sales leader, you're a production leader, you are a administrative leader, there is cost to run your pillar. You need to understand this about your pillar as well to help the company be overall profitable. Because guess what, they're not. They're out of business. You don't have a place to work anymore. That's actually your responsibility as a member of the team that performs at a high level to achieve their goals and aspirations is to help the company do the same thing. You need to be aligned in this thing. It's not all about you. It's not about all about the company. It's about us, community with each other, helping everybody accomplish something amazing. So that is what we would like to call our profit flywheel.
