Hi, I'm Jim Johnson. I'm the head coach here at Contractor Coach Pro. And I am so excited to be the keynote speaker for the Catalyst Group Rise conference. This is going to be the first of its kind conference for contractors developed by vendors in an effort to help you be as successful as you can possibly be out there in the field. We're not going to be there with a bunch of dancing girls and loud music and a lot of salesy stuff to try and see if we can get you to upgrade to our stuff. As a matter of fact, this is going to be the unconferenced conference. You're not going to see booths or anything like that, although you can. If you want to go speak to one of the vendors, meet them in the vendor lounge, ask them a little bit about what they do and how they do it. But really what we're going to be focused on at this Rise conference is helping you to get better out there in the field every day. Whether it's learning how to create a Facebook ad, learning how to present better, learning how to supplement better learning, all of those little things that that you need to know to get you better in this industry. That's what we're here for. But we're not just going to stop there. Most of the time at these conferences, all you get is some guy talking from way up here about this great idea and this neat way to do things. And you try to take a few notes and you go back to your office and you try to figure out exactly what it was that this guy was talking about. And you lose track, you lose focus, and you end up never doing it. Our goal is to provide you with 20 workshops that allow you to not only learn about that idea, but to actually create it, implement it and use it immediately after the conference. That is what's going to make this unique. We're not going to be there as a vendor trying to sell you our services. We're going to be there as a vendor that's an expert in that field. And if you like what we do, great, go ahead and come along and join us at the Catalyst Group. If not, that's fine too. There's no obligation. The best part is this is a non profit organization. We're not here to make any money. We are here to put on a great event for you guys, give you some learning tools, some learning opportunities, those things that you can take away and implement immediately into your business to be successful. I enjoy meeting and talking with contractors all over the country and I see them all the time frustrated with the events they go to. Either they're too high level and all it is is a big show and a big networking get together and everybody have enough fun and a party. Or it's some salesy type feel to things where it's hey, here's our thing. But boy, if you want this thing, you're gonna have to pay this much more. They're also very expensive to attend. I see anywhere from a thousand to two thousand dollars to attend these events. There's no need for it to be that expensive if you're not there to make a profit. All we're there to do is is teach and learn and get to know you guys and see how best we can help you be successful in the field. Join us at the RISE Conference to rise above your competition.
