I'm Dylan Mullins, president of American Metal Roofing out of Ohio here at Top Rep Conference. Having a really good time with these guys down here. Really taking away some really great knowledge and content that I'm gonna take back to my team. Probably the biggest takeaway is the process that Chuck and Jim have put together. They're super intentional about how they've done things here, and to be able to take that back and show that to our guys, I think is going to be so invaluable. There's really not a price tag we can put on it. My biggest regret is not bringing more people. I wish I would have brought my whole team. My whole team will be going to another event when they do put it on, but unfortunately it was just me today, so it's going to be me taking aback, probably about 50% of my knowledge because that's what I learned from these conferences. If you're not here, you retain about 50% within the first week. We're going to try to get that back into their heads and hopefully put it to work when we get back home. Definitely more intrigued by it now that we've come here and been hands on with it and seen gym work, you know, so we're more excited about it than we were probably before. Obviously there's credibility once you actually meet these folks, see that they're genuine, see what they're all about. So excited to kind of get that going too. Possibly. We'll see.
