All right, well, hey, I'm Robert with Amstel Roofing.
I'm Brian with Amstel Roofing.
And I think for both of us, I mean, really, one of our main intros into roofing and the knowledge around that was contractor, coach, pro. So super excited to be at this event. Our boss, Sam Stilley, owner of Amstel Roofing, actually hit us. Both of them said, hey, man, I got an opportunity for you to sharpen your skills and go see the legend in person. Are you down to take a trip? And of course, we absolutely were. And yes, we've been here doing this event. And I think as far as. For me, kind of my main takeaway thus far is really just kind of reinforcing the importance of scripts and a process and how important that is. And, you know, if it's repeatable, you know, it can be perfected. And so that's something that, you know, obviously we've been doing in these breakout sessions, find that super, super valuable to get different people's perspectives and how they do things, and kind of narrowing that down into one system is really cute. Really digging that.
Ditto. No, the first thing I thought of today was introducing yourself at the door and making sure that they know you're going to be there and you're going to be working with them and explain the process of the appointment and setting their expectations.
That's kind of important.
A lot of times you can get lost with the steps you have to take, and they just want to say, oh, yeah, cool, hey, and then go back inside and you want to let them know what's going to be all in this appointment. So you kind of set. Sets you up as a. As a different level of contractor with them.
