Look at ourselves as a contracting company. We looked at ourselves as a leadership growth organization that just happened to do roofing and siding and windows and fun stuff like that. People would rise up, learn, gain information, grow personally achieve things, reach potential they hadn't before. And when I was young and first into the business, that would happen, Right. Somebody would like, hey, I'm going to go start my own. I've learned what I need to learn. I was super mad about it. I was like, oh, my goodness. I just invested all this time and energy. That's actually something that happens in the contracting industry quite a bit. How most of them start, they're either really good at the work they do and they get referral on the side work, and then they become an entrepreneur, and then they, like, they start their business that way, or they're really good at the sales side of things, and so they know how to actually generate revenue. They tend to miss a very important piece, which is like how to run a business and that kind of stuff. Yeah, but I had a breakthrough in my life about 25 years ago, and I kind of broke into this world of, hey, how do I serve people better? How do I provide value to people better?
