This gap that's really important that I'm going to try and help you fill today between expectations and performance, there's a gap here that I see not get filled all the time. What is it that bridges the gap between these two things? That is training and that's the pillar we're going to be talking about today. My promise to you is you're going to know how, what, when to train people on the right thing at the right time based on the size of your business and what you need to do next to grow your business to the next level. Let's talk about foundationally and fundamentally what do we have to do to train our people? Well, and you've got your first level up here of training and the fundamentals that you have to have as a individual running your business and then ultimately in your business that are extremely important. And the first piece of that is simply knowledge. And this is where most people start training. They got a little bit of knowledge which makes them dangerous. Those are simply facts, but they're missing something that would make that knowledge way more valuable. And so having a lot of knowledge is not a bad thing. But it tends to be that we have a lot of knowledge. We're really thin, I call it like a thin ice society. We know a lot of things, but we don't actually, and this is the important part, understand them.
