YouTube video (uploaded by Jim Johnson) featuring two speakers discussing the benefits of the Contractor Boost program for business owners. Speakers describe how the program helps identify gaps in business systems, clarify necessary real roles (vs. made-up positions), and emphasizes leadership as a key ROI; participation also provides peer learning and tangible improvements in companies.
It's all very impactful and inspiring, and it's helping me identify holes that I have in my systems that need to be, you know, zipped up or sewed up, whatever, whatever it is, identifying the real positions that I need, not these made up positions that I want.
Just being involved in this organization here has kept at the forefront of my mind, like, am I like, how do I succeed in my business? And, like, leadership is your number one roi? Like, those things are on the top of my mind, at the forefront of my mind, you know? So for me, I just think that the win of this program so far for me has just been, like, being around a bunch of business owners and going through, like, intentional, like, how do we be better business owners? You know? And so and I've seen just crazy results in my companies.
