The boot camp really has helped kind of give me a bigger picture and kind of refocus and given me kind of almost new vision.
It's been great. It's been great for myself. It's been great for my team. I brought four other guys with me, a part of my management team.
A lot. A lot of good stuff. A lot of good information. Even though we've already worked with Jim, I was coming in thinking, you know, is there really more that we can.
We can learn? Absolutely.
I knew it was going to be good, but I didn't know I would have this much information.
I mean, this is crucial stuff. If we use the items that you're giving us and hold our people accountable, it'll be incredible.
So we have more that we can teach our team leaders, our sales managers, and that sort of thing, which is something we hadn't touched on before or really knew specifics on what to do.
But it's kind of blown my mind how much information you can pack into in two days.
It gets us. It revives us to go, hey, you know what? These are things we haven't done in a long time.

You know, working with Jim, ultimately, more sales. I know that our sales are going to increase because of this. I know they are. There's not a down. And so all of that's just given us that much more of an advantage and making our company that much better. You need Jim Johnson in your life.
Every trading I've done with him, whether it be online or in person, it's always a new spin on it or a fresh take on it, or it goes a little bit above and beyond. So we're constantly getting new information, which is what I really like.
Well, yes, I absolutely would recommend it to someone.
And it's really kind of lit a fire in me to be like, you know what? Let's kind of re energize and then recommit to what I had originally committed to being the sales manager and now saying, yeah, let's do this. So I would 100% recommend the bootcamp.
