Hey everyone, it's JT from Contractor Coach Pro coming at you with another coaching moment. But you know what, it's more of a question. I just want to challenge you to consider something when you're thinking about bringing on salespeople to your team, who are you looking for and then what? What talents and or skills should they have? So we need to understand that there are talents and there are skills that exemplify a strong salesperson. What could potentially be a strong salesperson but what are you looking for and which one do you prioritize and why? That's the question that I want to challenge you with.
