Because as an owner or a leader inside of the company that you're at, you know that at the end of the year, you need to do some analysis of your previous year and align those things with what we're going to be doing next year. We need to lay out a plan, our objectives, all of the major projects that we need to accomplish, and then cut those major projects up into smaller pieces so that we can get where we need to go. We need to establish our key metrics that we want to keep an eye on.
