Will Salespeople be Needed in the Future? #podcast #businesscoach #sales #ai #roofing

And it sounds 95%. You know certain words, it sounds a little weird but like give it a year. You're not going to need salespeople. You're going to have a lead appear in your CRM saying yeah, Mrs. Jones at so and so street needs her long cut. This is a job. We already closed it for you. Just go do it.

That's scary and crazy and kind of cool all mixed into one. Like I don't have fear of it because I've got talents that I don't think any AI can ever replicate. And even in the sales world, like there's a part of it where somebody has to go measure something or verify something or that type of thing and probably close that deal. But I see that it's coming. I don't go to Walmart anymore. I buy things on Amazon because that's the type of interaction I want on a transactional basis. This is also a transaction to transition.
