You might offer a family, you might offer a community, and that's part of your purpose for your company. So I know I kind of went down a little bit of a rabbit hole there, but I do have some passion about this thing in that we connect with human beings and it's okay to draw people who identify with and desire the purpose that your company has built. It could be all kinds of different things that your company has a purpose, and that purpose is greater than any one there. And if they can resonate with that thing, it brings a whole nother level of joy and fulfillment in being a part of that company.
