A lot of times you see these visions not align with who a person is as an individual because of that disconnect between a dream and their vision. I really think it's the most important piece of our culture because it's the thing that you're now focused on. It is the beacon, the North Star. It's the thing that you're telling everybody about all the time. I can tell you in 60 seconds what the vision of my business is, what that's going to be, the role you play in it, and how it's going to benefit you. Hopefully you like the sound of that, and I can explain more, and we get a little bit deeper into it, then I get to explain to you why. Why it's so important. And this idea of purpose, this passion behind why we're doing what we're doing.
