Digital Realty Next Generation Turn Key Flex Solution

This is an evolution of our turnkey data center offering, which we've had for a number of years, and we've found that customers have been very happy with that turnkey data center solution. But as complexities move forward in their business, they're seeming to need more flexibility in how that turnkey data center is deployed. So given that, we've taken our same supply chain, all the products that we use, and we've come to the market now with an evolution of the turnkey data center that allows a lot more flexibility for our customers in the way we design those solutions. So we allow them to now tweak that supply chain to provide greater redundancy or lower redundancy if they need to and enhance the resiliency that they need for their businesses. We're finding more need for that as customers' needs are evolving. As technology is getting more complex and as the business requirements are changing pretty rapidly in the new field of data centers. So given that, we found a need to create a more flexible offering, and that's what Compute Flex is all about. This has had a real positive impact for us in our business. We've demonstrated the ability to provide that flexible solution for our customers The needs in Singapore we find are, a lot of them are financial services companies, and as the Monetary Authority of Singapore is exerting more influence on our customers and the way they outsource their data center needs, we find that evolving with the turnkey flex solution has had a positive impact. So we've been able to customize some of our solutions to these customers over and above our turnkey data center product. What that means is we've given them a lot more flexibility in their business, We've allowed them the ability to adapt to that rapid technology change that's going on in their business.
