One of the things we talk about is automating authenticity. Now, this doesn't mean being inauthentic, but if you're working with 10 people, 100 people, 1,000 people, how do you remember special occasions? How do you make sure that you're impacting someone's life in a way that is important to them? First things first, communication. So you have to start out with communication. What is the why? Why are we having these phone calls so that I can go back and remember What is important to that person so that we focus on that? So that's how we, that's how we start out with communication, making sure that we pinpoint those things that are important, and then having systems to make sure that we're communicating consistently on an effective basis after that.
