How To Write A Business Blog Using Chatgpt And Grammarly In 5 Minutes Or Less

Jim James shows how to write a 500-word business blog post in minutes using ChatGPT-4 and Grammarly. He prompts ChatGPT to write about why empty-nesters with pensions need a wealth coach, gets a 97/100 readability score from Grammarly, and exports the finished post with image keywords for video and social media.

Hi, my name is Luna. Stay tuned as I'm going to show you how to amaze your customers by using simple and easy-to-use AI tools. Don't worry, you won't need to do any coding. In fact, it's simpler than working out how your smartphone works. I've found this young presenter, Jim, who also used to live in Singapore, and I've offered him Singapore Gin Sling, If he does a good job, so stay tuned and be sure to tell me how he does. Oh, and yes, I'm generated by AI too. Cool, right?
Okay, now what we're going to do is to make a blog post, and then with the blog post, we're going to make a short video.
So first of all, let's look at our blog post.
Now, what I've done is I've created a text for the chatbot to use as a prompt. So I said, think like a copywriter and write a blog post of no more than 500 words, and the subject is why someone needs a personal wealth coach on their journey to financial independence. Now you see here, I've given it some quite strict instructions. I want to include 3 key points with facts to back up my point, and I want the audience To be 55 to 60-year-old married couples whose children have left home.
Both of the people in the couple have an occupational pension and are exploring their options.
Now, I want to include the benefits of working with a Wealth Builder Coach and the dangers of trying to plan without help. I'm also going to make this post into a short movie on my website and social media, so I want to provide keywords for the images that I can search for on image sites. So let's take that now into ChatGPT.
Let's go over here now.
So ChatGPT, here it is, chat.openai.com. Now there are many other writers out there that use the ChatGPT engine.
It's just that I think that this one will give you an idea of, you know, what everyone's talking about, and it's quite quick and simple to use.
Now, this is the interface if you come into ChatGPT.
I have paid for the upgraded version, uh, just $20 a month.
But can you see, very simple, very clean? It just says send a message. Now, I've made up already my prompt to save time when presenting this, I'm going to choose ChatGPT-4, and I'm going to just paste my prompt in here.
And let's see what happens. Now you can see it's thinking, and it's already starting to think about what it's going to say. Let's see what it does. Okay, so just a couple of seconds later, and I've already put in some requirements. It's going to give me some keywords, and you'll see why that's important when it comes to making the video.
Okay, so I've asked it to give me some facts because this is going to be something that we want to reinforce and encourage in the viewer.
That financial independence and wealth planning with a trusted coach will improve the chances of success and reduce the chances of failure. So here we have not too long, but just some nice key points for people to follow.
Okay, so.
I've said what I'd like the AI to do, and now the AI is creating that for me.
So as you can see, very quickly we've got the beginnings of our article.
Now all I need to do is decide if I like that, and if I don't, I can ask it to regenerate something.
But I've shown you what I need to show you, which is how to generate that through a prompt.
Okay, so for next, what we do is we can give it a thumbs up if we like it, let the AI learn that we like things. And if not, what I can do is I'm ready to exit. I simply copy that into my clipboard and we're ready to move on to the next stage.
So right, we're in our next stage and this is using an app called Grammarly. Grammarly, again, very inexpensive, but what Grammarly does is it checks for you the text because you may or may not be so comfortable with the writing. And ChatGPT is great, but it's not perfect. So what I'm going to do here is I'm going to cut and paste my content into Grammarly from my ChatGPT. Now Grammarly is letting me choose the domain. For example, let's say I'm going to make it—
let's say I'm going to make it casual.
Okay, but I do want to make it informative. Okay, and I do want to sound knowledgeable, but I do want it to be informal.
So now I'm going to let it run its task.
Now you can see here that the overall performance score is not too bad, but there are some things that it wants to change because ChatGPT is not a grammar expert.
So what I can do here, I can see the overall score.
Okay, pretty good though, 97 out of 100. It says now it's likely to be understood by a reader who has at least a 16-year-old, um, 10th grade education.
So if they're 55, they should be beyond that by now.
So what we're going to do here is We're just going to follow this because, can you see here, it's going to let me just autocorrect.
Okay, and I can update here all of these different things, and here it's going to let me change.
And I like to do this because ChatGPT sometimes uses words and phrases that that aren't perfect.
The sentiment is okay, but it's still not perfect, and certainly the grammar is not as good as Grammarly. Okay, so here now, this doesn't really matter too much because these are just my prompts. Okay, and it's going to choose this. This says the spelling of travelling is a non-British variant.
Can you see here now?
We're all good. So you can see here Grammarly helps to make this all nice and clean. And then what we can do with Grammarly, as you can see, we can either— we can just then export this as a document and take it out of Grammarly. And you can see here, I just download it here. Okay, so now I've got my blog post. And my images keywords. Okay, so next we move on.
Hey, Luna had to pop out, but before she signed off for the day, she asked me to check in with you and see how Jim got on. Did he help you to understand how you can amaze your customers? We think we're pretty incredible, but what's really important is that we can help you to look good and to grow your business. I know that Jim is just a beginner. But we think he'll get the hang of it. What do you think? Does he deserve his Singapore Gin Sling drink at the Raffles Hotel or not?
