In this episode of The Unnoticed Show, host Jim James introduces the central question for entrepreneurs: should they create and host their own podcast/show, or appear as guests on existing shows to build their brand? A guest speaker (Speaker B) explains that leveraging another person’s platform can provide exposure and audience reach without the full workload of producing a show, while still allowing the guest to develop their own brand and content. Jim wraps up with a call‑to‑action, directing listeners to his PR firm’s website, newsletter, and LinkedIn for further help in getting noticed.
If you want to know how to get noticed, this show is for you. I have interviews, tools, tips, everything that an entrepreneur could need in order to help their organization get noticed for free. Thank you for joining me, Jim James, on the Unnoticed Show. If you're building your own brand, should you be a host on someone else's show, or should you be hosting your own show?
We can leverage the content The fact that it's taking place under somebody else's brand platform doesn't deny us the ability to build our own brand and our own content as a result. In fact, it could be a way to leverage their website, their platform, and their subscribers. There are ways to leverage your presence in the other person's show that will enable you to get the content and to get the exposure That you would have got if you ran the show yourself, but frankly, without all of the work.
