All right, two times leads. This is a lead that goes to two different systems, like duty, inspections, pest control, cleaning, carpet cleaning. Probably the most common, very important. You must not quote on the other lead. And it's put down as times two, so it's very clear only that it's yours. Now, if you do even quote on the other lead, like if you're doing cleaning and you quote on the carpet cleaning, you have to pay the full, full quote price to the other franchisee, even if you don't get the job. So don't do it. Just quote on your own job.
