Jimbo is now available on the App Store through Android or through Apple, so you can just download it from there. The idea of it is to make franchisees life easy, so you can actually do everything. You can have a lead, you turn it into a quote, you turn it into a job, you turn it into an invoice, you can do your paperwork in the car. It's also got features that are efficient in terms of reducing complaints, like making it very easy to reduce return phone calls to clients and then send a message if you can't get through. It'll remind franchisees if they don't actually ring the client within two hours, in fact, with my own voice, it'll keep on reminding them. So we're going to look at everything that franchisees do and saying, how can we make it easier? How can we reduce the likelihood of complaints and problems? The things I'm most excited about is elements that allow us to reduce complaints and reduce the amount of work done. One of the things I really want to see by the end of this year is, is a system that will allow the franchisee, if they wish, to have Leeds book straight into their diary. So when a customer contacts us, rings or goes online, instead of being told, franchisee will call you back within two hours, it'll say, Would you be home between 2 and 4 this afternoon? It'll actually set up an appointment. Now, the franchisee can change it if they wish to, but it looks into their diary and knows roughly where they'll be, how long they've got. You give the customer an answer on the spot and that should be magic because, in fact, once we do that, we expect to have a much higher conversion rate because a lot of the time the franchisees can't reach the client and so they lose the job. It also means there's less chance of the customer going elsewhere. Franchisees who lose Jimbo are going to get a lot less complaints and poor service. It'll allow you to do things like booking a job into your diary. Now, if it's into your diary, the customer gets told about when it is. If the customer then complains about the fact that you didn't turn up, there's an actual factual evidence that's been sent. No, you are there between tomorrow, between 10 and 12am, that's your appointment. You're not late. It'll actually show franchisees who do the right thing, that they are doing the right thing and we can get rid of a lot of unfair complaints and surveys. Another thing I'm very excited about is franchisees to be able to see, sell and buy regular clients. Now, we often have a problem where a franchisee gets busy. They've got a full roster of regular clients. Could be cleaning, mowing, dog wash, but they're traveling quite a bit because that's how they got them. And then they stop taking work because they're busy. What we want to be able to do is to say, okay, let's look at some of your outline jobs. The ones that are furthest away, why don't we sell those to somebody else? And when we do that, we'll give you a credit on your fees, which means you either pay less fees or if you'd like, you, you can buy clients in your territory or really close to home. So instead of going from here to 10 minutes to the next suburb, you go from here to the next street. Hopefully it will encourage franchisees to stay in the system longer, because what will happen is they can pay less fees and they can also travel less and less with time, and their business becomes better and better. If we can reduce traveling by 50%, that means franchisees can earn at least as much extra to justify any fees they pay us.
