Mainly my role is communication. Franchisee with issues, how to improve things, how do we get better customer service, dealing with difficult customers. What's happening, what's going wrong? That's kind of my role.
I think it's great that we can like we're investing our money into this and we actually get to meet you and talk to you and you're not just a picture on the wall and oh yeah, that's like your boss or whatever.
Well, it's good. You notice during this session I've actually gone around and talked to people because if you've met me and you know me, then if you need to talk to me or you've got an idea to improve the business or you've got a new division or anything, no matter what it is, you know, you can pick, pick up the phone or even better, email me. I'm really easy to get up my emails and just be in contact with me and get a response.
