A lot of people think we're crazy because we actually train people before they sign. We actually, almost all of our franchisees, about 95% of our franchisees, have not signed a contract when they come to training, and we will not sign a franchisor until they've completed franchisee and franchisor training. They can't do it. In fact, we follow them during the training, they don't get one at all. And this has its downside, there's no doubt about it. The other day, somebody actually rang me up from New Zealand. One person, person who'd been to our franchisor training course, and he said, jim, look, I just want to congratulate me. I've just signed my first franchisee. And I said, well, that's congratulations. That's well done. But I said, I didn't know that you signed with us. And she said, well, no, I haven't. Actually, I started my own franchise system. I've got what I learned from your course, which was fantastic, and now I'm doing it for myself. So people think, why do you do that? Well, basic reason is because on the whole, we aim to give such great experience in our training that what it does is it shows people the value of what we do. In other words, just like when I was selling lawn mowing rounds, I used to tell people in advance how to run a successful business. And by doing that, I showed my credibility and they were more confident to do with me. And I actually found it much easier to sell lawn mowing rounds when I did that. We did the same thing with franchise training now, by showing them in advance everything that we do and how much we do and all the wisdom and all the accumulated decades of experience, it's a very, very convincing thing because it shows real, real value in advance. And frankly, if they go off and do it by themselves, I'm happy with that. But there's a lot of people who come with us and start franchises and become franchisors and even start new divisions who would not have done that if we didn't have this policy. I'm not scared of letting people know our ip. People are often scared that somebody will find out what you're doing. It's very hard to copy what we do because there's so much that we do, and people always only grab one little bit of it and they'll say, we'll copy that from Jinx. But they've missed this and this and this and this and this and the other thing is, by the time they've figured out what we do do. We've already moved ahead six months and we're doing something completely different and beyond that because we're keeping on learning and growing. Needed Dungeons the one.
