Hey, I'm going to share 5 of my favorite protein recipes so it's easy for you to get at least 100 grams of protein in every day. One of my favorites is an egg and egg white scramble. So I do 3 eggs, I do 6 egg whites, and then I put in some mushrooms, about a cup, and an ounce of sheep feta. And all that together is 37 grams or more of protein. One of the ways I like to use my shakes is to add them to Greek-style yogurt. Now, if you're not dairy intolerant, Greek-style yogurt's great. Or you could use a coconut yogurt. Love lentils, they're my favorite legume because they are the highest in protein. Cauliflower pilaf is a huge staple in my house, so I like to take cauliflower rice, then I'll put in some lentils. Leftover protein always makes for a great salad the next day. Remember, protein is your secret weapon for powerful aging because it supports building muscle and having a better metabolism. But you got to know how much you need, so check out my caption for my free protein, protein calculator, and I'll hook you up.
