So I've got 5 science-based tips that are going to help you not only build muscle, but also burn fat that you're going to want to implement right away. The first one is to track, and I like to even start just with a macro audit. I use the Cronometer app. Turns out most people underestimate what they're eating by anywhere from 25 to 40%. And you're going to want to eat protein first because it is the most satiating, and plus it helps you hold on to muscle. As you're losing fat. And alcohol. Now I'm not saying no alcohol, I'm saying lower the alcohol because when you're drinking alcohol, that is going to be the first thing that you metabolize. Next up is to hydrate. And I throw a little electrolytes in too. Do you know that even mild dehydration can raise cortisol and make you better at storing fat around your waist? So I want you to get 8,000 to 12,000 steps in a day or more, but one of 'em especially is after dinner. Get that walk after dinner to improve digestion and lower your blood sugar response to the meal. All right, there's your top 5. So my big question to you is, which one are you starting with? Let me know in the comments.
