Hey, it's J.J. here. You know, I've been talking about environmental toxins forever, and laundry detergent is a sneaky one. A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze. It looks like a dryer sheet, but it's actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating, and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. Right now you can try Earth Breeze for up to 40% off with free gifts@earthbreeze.com virgin that's earthbreeze.com virgin for up to 40% off plus free gifts on your first order. Hey, JJ here.

She was talking about unprocessing your diet and then I didn't, didn't talk to her for a while, like too long. And I was in the gym in San Diego and she walked up and she goes jj And I'm like oh my gosh, where the heck have you been? Well, turns out something massive happened in her life, a massive game changing injury and it shifted everything for her. And I'm really excited to have her on today because what shifted? And I would say, boy, this is someone who got lemons and made lemonade is actually a big allowing her to have a much bigger impact in the world. So let me tell you a little bit about Natalie. If you don't know her, she's now a fat loss expert turned high performance coach and she helps women age in reverse and level up in all areas of her life. So she's got a new book coming out and it is Aging in Reverse and you're going to be able to grab. She's doing a free masterclass@jjvirgin.com Age reverse that you're going to grab. She also has one of the top 50 podcasts in personal development and we will link to that here as well. Super cool. But bottom line is her old story was 10 years ago. She was a divorced single mom, broke, overweight, in debt, and had lost her house and her confidence. And she was not into fitness nothing. She actually didn't get into any of that until she was 39. And then after that age, she' been on like 40 plus on 11 magazine covers, you know, despite the fact she was 40 plus, which I just love. Then this whole thing happened that really moved her into the personal development space. And I'm not telling you anything else. I know. I'm like, this is a total tease, but amazing story and amazing shifts because of it. That, again, are things that we can all use in our lives. So I'm super excited to share that with you. Natalie, Jill, welcome back to the show, my friend.
Thanks for having me. I'm excited to talk with you today.
Yes. Well, I am super excited about this topic, as will everybody in our community, because aging in reverse.
Hello.
I call it de aging. Like, we get a sneak peek today. And I'm so excited. But what I would love to dive in into first is, you know, this is a little bit of a shift for you. So where did this come from? This, this aging and reverse concept and idea and interest?
Yeah. So I'm, I'm 47 years old and I didn't even get into the fitness, health, nutrition space till my late 30s, which is surprising to people because they, they think, oh, she's been doing this forever. And, and I really wasn't.
Think you're 30.
What's that?
They also think you're 30.
Oh, thanks. I don't know about that, but thank you. But so. But I'm 47 and, you know, I would hear little glimpses of, oh, wait till you're older, wait till this. You know, I call that. I call that a false assumed truth. Because there's a lot of noise around when you get older. You know this. Your metabolism dies, your hormones change. Like you're going to be overweight. Nothing works. You're in pain. I would, I would hear that noise. And I, I just wasn't really ever taking it in or trying to understand it until I went through a personal thing that happened to me, which really woke me up to, okay, so this is a real thing and I need to address this because there's other women going through this.
So what happened?
So what happened was people knew me for fitness and nutrition and I was thriving in that. I was. And what happened was about a year and a half ago, little over that, I took on an assignment to film these new videos for a company, which wasn't something I normally did. Normally everything I created was in my own business, but I had a contract to do it with another company. And I remember flying across country and going to do these videos and I was working out with them on set for about nine hours. So if you think about even doing light workout for nine hours is a lot, but I was doing intense workout stuff that I don't typically do now, just to back up a little bit, like a lot of women who are in their 40s or 50s. I had degenerative disc disease, which a lot of women have. That's not unique. If you look at an mri, many women have that. But I thought I had really overcome, you know, any symptom of that by having a strong core. But I was doing these workouts and I was pushing myself and everybody else on set was a lot younger than me, and I thought, well, I can keep up, I can do this. And I just kept going. And my back was hurting. And as somebody who is a driver and it just keeps going and doesn't believe in excuses, I didn't listen to my body and I just kept going. Like, I'm just gonna push through it.
Who cares?
I'm, you know, push through it. My back hurts. Yes, just pushing through it. But something was really off. It was hurting more than I had ever experienced. And I. In fact, I remember calling my husband on a break and saying, something's really wrong with my back right now. I don't know what's going on.
But I literally probably didn't want to say anything.
I didn't tell anybody. I was. I didn't want them to know. I mean, here they're paying me, I'm on Set. I'm supposed to be Natalie Jill, the fitness expert. Like, I can't say I have a problem right now. So that was what was going through my head. I called my husband. I'm. He's like, just mind over matter. He's encouraging this whole mind over matter thing. Right. So I'm. I'm going through these workouts, and jj, I'm in so much pain. Like, I. I will describe it now to. It was like, worse than labor pain, how much pain I was in. And I cannot believe I was trying to do these workouts in the middle of this. So I. I finished the day. I go back to the hotel. I'm laying down, and I'm like, this is literally the worst pain I felt in my life. Somehow I managed to fall asleep. I wake up in the next morning, and my back doesn't hurt anymore, but my right leg isn't working. And I'm like, okay, something's. Something's not right. And I don't know if you've heard a foot drop or if anyone listening has, but I had foot drop, and I was dragging my right foot on the ground as I walked, and my whole leg felt tingly and was not letting me stand on it. So something's really wrong. And still my brain is thinking, oh, it's just, you know, sore from yesterday. I'm not even putting together. There's something really wrong. So instead of going to the er, I go back to the airport. I'm dragging my leg through the airport. I fly home.
It's like, I love the visual of that.
Yeah.
Because I can just see you doing this.
Yes. And I. And I'm sitting on the airplane, like, what's wrong with my leg? But, like, oh, it's just. I just worked out too hard, so I'm not. I get home, and I go instantly to my chiropractor, which is another bad choice right then. And chiropractor looks at it. He's like, oh, you're. You must just have a really bad bulging disc. He tries to work something out. It doesn't work. I get home, my husband's looking at me like, are you crazy? Like, something's really wrong with you. So we text my friend who's an orthopedic surgeon, and I tell him what's going on, and he's like, you need an mri. Like, right now. Like, this isn't. We're not messing with this right now. You need an mri. I go get an mri. He calls me back. He's like, we have a big Problem. Your disc from L5 to S1 completely ruptured out. I've never seen a rupture.
Oh, my gosh.
And it's wrapped around your spinal cord, and you're cutting off all nerve to your right leg. And if you don't have surgery, like, you're going to lose permanent loose use of your egg. Your leg. So I'm trying to digest this. Like, what do you.
What do you mean?
What do you mean? Like, back surgery? That's for. That's for old people. What do you mean? Like, I wasn't. It wasn't registering that I really had something wrong. So he refers me. I end up in with an amazing back surgeon. He explains to me what's happening, and I'm, like, trying to digest this, and all I had to hear was, you might lose permanent use of your leg. And. Or. And if we don't do this quick, you're going to lose use of your bowels. I thought, that's it. I'm in surgery.
No more.
No more questions. Tomorrow. We're having surgery tomorrow. So I end up in surgery. Little surgery. Smooth. But what was going through my head? JJ Was so backwards. It was like, instead of thinking, like, okay, I have a serious problem right now. All that was coming up for me was ego. Like, oh, my gosh. But people think of me as a fitness expert. I feel fake now. Like, what am I going to do? Like, that's all I could. Could think about. And after I go through the surgery, I, you know, I decide I'm going to share on social media what's happening, and I'm real with people, and people were really interested. Nobody was shaming me. No one was. You know, everyone was worried. But what really hit me then was how big our ego gets and how big the stories around aging and just so much stuff was coming up for me, and it really. It really spoke into how things in life happen for us, not to us. Because it really changed my whole vision about business and why I'm in the role that I'm in and what I'm here to serve and what I'm here to teach. And it was really this great blessing in disguise. That's how this started.
Oh, my gosh. It's just. It is crazy that you kept going with a ruptured desk.
I had, and it was crazy. And I literally had no idea how bad it was. And that's how big our egos get around things.
Oh, my God.
I can do it anyway. Yeah, I can do it anyway.
Watch this.
Yes. Yes.
But you know, talk about making lemonade out of. Out of lemons here with then kind of going, all right, like, so all that stuff I kept hearing about aging, everything else is true now. Now what? Now how do we confront this whole thing?
Yeah.
Because, hey, I'm 55, honey, like 47. I'm like, young. And. And it is. It is a very interesting, interesting ride, like, to go through all this stuff. And, you know, I remember when I was younger, my mom. My mom has, like, no butt at all in this belly. And she goes, oh, that's. That's shifting sands. That's what happens. And I'm like, going, I'm not to have. My sands aren't shifting. That is not happening. Right. So, you know, so, like, you, I've been like, obsessed with. All right, what. What is happening and what doesn't need to happen because there's all this stuff about, oh, you're just getting older. That's just normal. You're just going to be inflamed. You're just going to be a little depressed. Oh, you're not like, no, that's not the case. So let's dive into. All right, now you're here. You obviously had to have a big mindset shift because your whole identity was wrapped up in Natalie Jill Fitness. Right. And this is who you are. And now what happens?
So a lot of breakthroughs for me around this and a lot that I shared with my audience and I continue to share even in my book and everything. But. But really what was coming up for me is, is a lot of things. Number one, as, yes, there's a lot of false, assumed truths around aging. Just because something happens to me doesn't mean it's going to happen to you. Just because people are told their metabolism slows down doesn't mean that has to happen. So there's a couple of things going on. One, what are the beliefs that we formed around aging? Like what. What did we form? Like, do we believe because we're older, things are doomsday? Because we will. That will keep showing up if we believe that? Or do we believe that we're, you know, like, untouchable? Which is the other extreme, which isn't really accurate either. So what are the truths that we are believing and living up to? And either way, either extreme is not great. It's not great, really. The middle ground is really listening to your body and being really clear with your vision of what you want for your aging and for your life. Now, if you want for your aging in your life that you're going to be 20 forever. That's not going to be possible. And you know, but it's also, you know, but what do you think? It's a doomsday. Like, what's going on with the mindset shift around aging and fat loss and injury and all of that. That's. That's number one. But the other thing that was coming up for me was how nobody was really talking about what they do about things.
So.
So, like, people will say, you know, oh, my hormones, my metabolism, I'm old. And then people would validate that. So then you say, stuck there. Or people would say, you know, this happened and I can't do anything about it. And they would get stuck. Stuck there. So I wanted to dive into more. Okay, how. What's the both. And like, how can you be aging and things going on and still be a best version of you and still thrive and find workarounds and still make things possible?
You know, I look at it because I believe that. That life is about asking the right questions. Right? Right. I keep thinking about when my son was in hospital. I'm like, how do I get him to 110%? Right. And. Cause I thought if I fall short a little bit, it's totally fine.
Totally.
And it's like, well, what if, what if you just. How do you make this the best time in life? Yeah. I gotta tell you, just wait till you hit 50. There's a little thing. I was like going, why couldn't this switch have flipped earlier? Because it sounds like you've already had some flip. But there's also a thing that starts to hit where all of a sudden you're like, all the things that you thought were so important. You're like, that was silly. That did not matter. So you take that together with what are the things that you can do then so that you do feel your best and you know, all that other stuff. So you flip this mindset. So now what?
So, so then what was coming up was a lot of things. One, if I. I could have enrolled the whole world in why I'm not going to do fitness anymore, and they would understand. I could say, I hurt my back. I can't do this anymore. So therefore I won't have abs. I won't be fit. I won't. And nobody would have challenged me. Right? No one would have challenged me. But I also knew that that's not enough for me. Like, there is a way to be fit and maybe redefine what fit is to me. You know, I don't have to be sprinting and going crazy. It's okay to do it all the time.
And what's so great, I mean, what is so awesome about this is then you speak to everybody because everybody's got something, whether they've got stuff going on with their back. Shoot. I've had from an old injury, when I was 17, I had to have a knee replacement. And then from another thing that happened, I had to have a hip replacement. Like, like, hello. Like, I know I walk through the airport and I'm kind of like, I'm going to set everything off, you know, but. But it gives you. You realize that, like, you through all of these things, you can find a way. And I think it's such a powerful message to share with everybody out there, because most people have had something happen. Yes. So, you know, so now what?
Yeah. So I had to make a decision first and foremost that I'm going to find a way. Just because my leg is not working like it used to. And it's, it's a lot healed now, by the way. It's about. I still have. Don't have about 10% use of my leg. So that means if I were to go run, for instance, my foot doesn't register at the same time as my brain.
So.
So I might fall over because my foot is hitting at a different time than my brain thinks it's. It's hitting. So, like, I had to get off of, okay, so I can't run because this happens. What else can I do, you know, versus, like, I can't run, so I won't do anything. So it was making that decision first and realizing the power of our mind to make decisions around that, like, what is that? And then also nutrition and workouts took on a whole new level of importance to me. So where I used to teach, you know, unprocessed natural foods, and I still fully believe that now it got really important. Like, let's look at foods that cause inflammation. What foods don't cause it? What are going to help with that? Because I want to create a supportive environment now so my body is working optimally. So take for instance, dairy, for instance. There's nothing innately wrong with some people having dairy like my husband can have. Dairy has no issue for me. It creates inflammation and I have a big problem with it.
Most people. It does.
Yeah.
And, and what I'm hearing here, because I always loved your phrase. I remember it from the last podcast and we'll link to that podcast about unprocess your diet. I'm like, so Good. But what you're basically saying here is you have no margin for error. And I think one of the things that happens as we age, I mean in your 20s you can get away with stuff totally. But as you age, you have a smaller margin for error. And that's all. So now, you know, let's look at what we can do that's going to help with healing and reduce inflammation. And again, it does. It goes beyond just like, what foods, which foods, you know, shouldn't you eat? Which it's like, why are we eating in the first place? And what can this food do for us?
Yes. And so, so I always, you know, taught step one, unprocess your diet for the most part.
So.
But what I do in aging, reverse now luck, I always say, luckily, fortunately I actually have an autoimmune. I'm celiac, so I don't have grains anyway. I don't have gluten in my diet. I haven't for years, which I didn't realize until I, with what I know now I do, but that also not having the grains was helping against inflammation. But what's interesting is the more I dug into dairy, for instance, I'm like, I don't have room to have dairy in my diet. And to give you an example, I took it out of aging in reverse. There's no grains or dairy in the plan. And when I took that out and I tested it on myself, it was amazing how free my body felt. I wouldn't feel the pain as much. Now what's funny is like even now, today I fight that. So a couple nights ago, for instance, I wanted pizza, so I had a gluten free pizza knowing very well dairy does not do well in my body. And I pay for that now with pain in my body for three solid days, I've had pain because of it.
I love that you've connected. It's like that is one of the key things is connect the dots and go use some nut cheese, sister.
And that's what I want for people. You know, it's not about being black and white, fully extreme all the time. Like what I, what I taught people that, that did my aging in reverse plan as a test pilot, I, I selected a lot of women that also had pain and injuries. I said, I'm not telling you to never have these things again. I want you to try this for a few, you know, go full on, do this for 10 days, see how you feel and then go add it back and tell me how you feel. And without every single person I put through that. Said the same story. So I'm telling people you have the freedom to choose what you want to eat, but I want you to feel the difference. I want you to know it's so.
Powerful then because it's a totally different conversation. It's not like I'll have a cheat day. Yeah. It's like, you know what if I eat this, this is how it's going to make me feel. Do I want to feel that way?
Exactly. You know, and when we feel great, at least me, I'm human, I forget. It's like I feel great. Maybe it's not true. I'll have pizza.
No. Test it again.
Yeah.
No, it's really true.
Torture myself.
Yes.
Yes. So I, what I, what I do through this book and my mindset with this now is I'm just empowering women because you can make different choices. And I understand it's hard. And you love your wine and cheese or you. I understand all of that. What I'm saying is let's get empowered to make different choices. So you can. I call it age in reverse. Because yes, technically. Are you 20 again? No. But you can turn back the time with what your skin looks like, how your gut health is, how your body's feeling, how it's moving. You absolutely can do that by controlling things in your mind and what you're taking in.
Yep. Yes, you can. And it makes a massive difference. And that's what's exciting. Because I'm sure what you've noticed now because you were already, you know, a lot of the way there. But what have you seen personally change as you've put some of these things into place?
Yeah. So, so much has opened up for me. 1 I. The freedom that it's not something that happened to me, that it's something that happened for me. Like just embracing that shift on things statement.
So big.
Yes.
Because it takes you from being a victim. And I used to have a great mentor who said, there are no victims, only volunteers. That takes you from victim to victor. And the important thing there is the situation didn't change. Your perspective, change. And the bottom line is it's what we perceive that that's the difference. Right. It's how we show up.
It's so true. Now, my slogan has always been excuses or solutions. You decide. And you know, people will tell me, I'll get messages of all the problems somebody has. And what I always will say back is, you know, I hear them. I can have compassion. I hear it. However, the second I validate all those things and go, you know what? You're right, that sucks. Your thyroid screwed up. You know, you're just doomed to be overweight. The second I say that there is no chance of improvement or you're right, that sucks. You're just too old or your metabolism, like, so I, by me doing that, I'm just validating. And the thing is, we can easily find people to validate excuses and what's wrong with us, but we can just as easily find people that overcame it and have possibility for growth and change.
Yeah. You look at what the difference is between the person who is winning, who overcame it, and the person who didn't. Yeah. And 99% of the time, I'd say 100, but I guess you can't really say a hundred. It's mindset. It's always mindset. It's that decision. I mean, again, I think back into the hospital when the doctors were literally saying, let your son die. And I was like, hey, he's gonna be 110%. And they'd be like, we don't think he's gonna walk. No, he's gonna be 100. No, try, you know, and, you know, granted, I couldn't control those outcomes, but I could control how we showed up the entire time. And man, when you're showing up, feel people start to act differently.
It's so true.
They behave differently. When you come from that position, they, they get engaged with you. Right. They, you start a movement. So what you're doing here is so big because it's changing the way that we start to look at aging. I really do believe that 50, 60 is the new 30, that this is the best time. And, you know, if we start to get that way, instead of like, oh, you're on the down, down, you know, downhill slide, I was like, what is that? Like, that is the most ridiculous thing.
And my vision, JJ, is that just like 150 years ago, like, if you think back, like, we weren't obviously here 150 years ago, but 20 was old then. It was considered old, you know? Right. And, and I, I, my vision is that in 10 years, it's absolutely absurd that someone thinks of a 60 year old as being old. Like, that is, we've created that thought that that has to be that way, but it doesn't have to be. And I think of all the women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, that feel like they have age and that it's too late and they have to give up hope and now they're hiding or depressed. Like, that makes me Sad, because.
Okay, so. So you. This you're gonna love so much. I went to the Grammys this year with a bunch of buddies.
I saw your pictures. I had.
Yes. I wish you'd been with us. But here's what was so amazing about it, and it made me realize. It was like, all right, here's Dolly Parton on stage. She killed it. She killed it. First of all, she had the best shoes on the planet. But also, she's how old? She's 70 plus, right?
Yeah.
She just knocked it out of the park. And then Diana Ross comes out and again, celebrating, what, her 75th birthday and knocks it out of the park. And then I'm reading this article, Elon Musk's mom sitting here saying, they said, oh, you became a cover. Cover girl model at 69. She goes, yeah, I feel like my career is finally taking off.
Oh, I love that. Right?
I mean, so this is what we've got to hear. It's like. It's like, what if, you know, I. I look this whole thing and I go, I haven't even scratched the surface yet of the impact world.
Right.
That's the founder of Orange Theory, who. It's a billion dollar company. I just learned. She was, like, 53, 54 when she even started it.
I know. Allison. Allison was telling me that our girlfriend, Allison Maslin. I'm like, oh, my gosh. But that's. I mean, so. So what if you haven't even started yet? Like, what if all the things you did in your career up to now, Natalie, were a warmup for what you're about to do? Because that's my sense on this whole thing is now this big. Like, now you have this big mission, and everything you did needed to happen for you to get to this point, including what happened with your back.
Yes. And I love that you're saying that because it's so true. And that's what I want women to grasp, because we look at things that happen to us as, like, it happened to us. Now I'm done. But I believe that they really happen for us so we can be enlightened. So I. It's like, bring it on. Now. When I have something bad happen, like, whether it's in my business or it's like, yes, it sucks in the moment. I'm not saying that I wouldn't be in a. In a dark hole again with something bad, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel if we look at the opportunity and why this is happening for us.
Yeah. And I mean, the Bottom line is your opportunity is so much bigger now. It's so much bigger because you've like.
Had your mind expanded.
All right, so this is, it's super exciting. And everyone listening, you've put together a masterclass. Now your book, depending on when you're listening book is either out or about to come out, you're going to want to grab it. I'm going to put all this in the show notes. It's the best title, aging in reverse. And you'll be able to get all information@jjvirgin.com age reverse, age reverse. But you're also doing a masterclass that will walk people through it too. So you'll be able to grab that free masterclass, get the information on the book. And I am just super excited about all this. I mean, it's just, it's so cool.
And jj, I do want to share, especially for your listeners that do your plans because I'm familiar with them, your plans work very well with what I teach in here. So it's like the minute you said.
Anti inflammatory diet, I'm like, huh, Yep.
Yeah.
So. Well, you know, we all like when you get us all together, just like we were talking offline that, that Chalene and I were doing this thing yesterday, freaking out over like, oh my gosh, I know you like, we all, you know, when we start to get to this level of okay, how do we live our best life? You, you, you realize, oh, anti inflammatory diet with healing foods and not beating yourself up if you're going to go eat something because you're not a bad girl because you did. And then and all that self love and then working through your mindset and doing exercise that's right for, you know, and having a great group of friends who support you and you be your best self. And it's like it all comes down to these important things and of course, a good night's sleep.
Yes. And tribe like you just said about who you surround yourself is so killer because if you surround yourself with especially in this aging, if you surround yourself with friends that are talking about how old they feel and everything's not working, you're gonna start believing that and acting into that. But I know you and at me, we have a ton of friends and just now living their best life and thriving and that's what I want people to step into, is that that's exactly.
Heck, I'm going to one of my girlfriends, I'm going to her 70th birthday party and I like strive to be like she is. She is My role model in life and she just really took off a couple of years ago.
Amazing.
So there you go, you know, I know. It's so awesome.
So thank you so much for your time.
You're amazing. Amazing. I want to remind everyone, get the masterclass and jjvirgin.com age reverse. Natalie, thank you so much for being with me.
Thank you so much, jj.
Now after the break, I'm going to be answering listeners questions, so stay with me.

Something thoughtful, impressive, not a fruitcake.
We've got Ferrero chocolates, artisan coffees, even a spa kit. Any vibe you're going for, whatever says, wow.
This guy's great at giving gifts.
How about this premium skincare gift set? Just needs a bow. Will look like you planned it weeks ago.
Well, happy holidays, gifts, holiday decor, and more.
The holiday road is long.
We're with you all the way, Walgreens. Welcome back. This is the time where I answer a listener's question. So we're talking aging today. I get asked all the time about what do I do? And again, what I've made a decision in my life is just to be like real out there about my age, about struggles, about what's working, what's not working because I think there's so much out there right now, especially with all the social media where everybody's like, got their perfect pictures and their perfect life. And you know what, let's face it. One thing I learned way back one when I was a personal trainer, I used to go into all of these super wealthy people's houses who honestly look like they had the perfect lives, and you'd go in there and go, ah, not so perfect. And, you know, just made me realize, like, when we get down to it, we're all going through similar challenges and it really comes down to how you think about things, how you perceive them, whether something becomes a problem or a challenge. A challenge or an opportunity. Right. So that's why I loved the first part of what Natalie talked about today, which is the first part's really that shift, that mindset shift. And I think that the first part of going through all this stuff, fear 40 plus is going, all right, how do I make this the best time ever? Like, what if this is. What if, like, everything I've done to up to now is a warmup and that I haven't even hit my stride and there's so much more out there for me and that's really where I come from is like, I'm not on the downhill slide. I'm still climbing the mountain. Like, I still see there's like the peak still up ahead. There's still so much more out there. It's just great. And I want to make sure that I have the energy and the focus to be able to pull it all off. So there's a variety of things that I do to do that. Number one is sleep. And I'm a maniac about that. I wear an aura ring and I'll put the info in the show notes on that. And I track my sleep every night. And then I am big on connection. I think that having a really good tribe, community of family and friends is so key. And basically, I think you pick your family. So I've really built a an amazing group of people around me who are inspiring to me that support me, who support me to be my best self, who will hold me accountable and call me on my crap when needed. And I think that's super important. And. And I try to be a good friend, mom, spouse, daughter as well. And I think that's also super important. Like, I look and I go, all right, at the end of all of this, what do I want to. What's the legacy I most want to leave? Although I right now Believe in living your legacy. And that is to first be, you know, be, be the hero for my kids and do what I've, do what I can to help them find purpose and fulfillment in their lives. And then for them to live their lives, not a life I dreamed of for them. And then of course, beyond that, you know, what do you need to do to help with the way you see stress in your life? I think resilience is such a key thing. So bringing in things like gratitude and appreciation and if you. And then some kind of mindfulness tool like tapping or meditation. We'll put our Ziva meditation and tapping solution info in here, of course. Diet is huge. We talked about that today in exercise, HIIT training and resistance training like I have in my fast fitness formula and some supplements. You know, those are the things that's a lot of what I do to help with aging. Also, I'll link to the Joov podcast where I talk about red light therapy. That's another one I'm really excited about and put some information on that. And it's just a process. And again, my mindset on this whole process is everything just keeps getting, getting better. All right? And I love having you along for the ride with me. So if you've not yet subscribed to the show, please make sure you do so so you don't miss any awesome, juicy, fun episode. And while you're there, if you haven't left a review, leave me a review. Let me know what you think. And if there's someone you'd love me to bring on or something you'd love me to talk about, let me know and I will do it. All right, See ya.
