You know, I've been talking about environmental toxins forever, and laundry detergent is a sneaky one. A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze. It looks like a dryer sheet, but it's actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. Right now you can try Earth Breeze for up to 40% off with free gifts@earthbreeze.com virgin that's earthbreeze.com virgin for up to 40% off plus free gifts on your first order.

If you're in menopause, you absolutely should make a few key adjustments to a standard ketogenic diet. Now remember, there's always keto dirty versus keto clean, which is keto green for women. This is especially important for hormone balance because much of our hormones are detoxified, metabolized, made in our gut. Not just our hormones, but our neurotransmitters transmitters. So we have to support healthy gut. And what do we know that does support a good, healthy, strong, powerful gut bacteria and diversity of the gut bacteria. We know that plant based eating is really important for that. So in menopause we need to make sure we're getting a variety of the low carbohydrate, dark green leafy vegetables and cruciferous vegetables to help us balance our hormones, get more alkaline and and strengthen our immune system by empowering healthy gut diversity. Healthy gut bacterial diversity. And that is a key adjustment. Additional adjustment with the keto diet is intermittent fasting and no more snacking. A benefit of going keto green is that we become more insulin sensitive and that can happen very quickly when we adopt just these two key lifestyle habits such as intermittent fasting and no more snacking. When we do this, we're exercising our body's capability to get into ketosis on a more regular basis. And this makes a tremendous difference. Not just for fat loss, especially that fat around the middle, but for brain power, energy and all of the benefits that come along with a ketogenic based healthy diet. So that we're using these amazing ketones for fuel to power up our brain, power up our energy, power up our metabolism and get us feeling passionate and living our purposes with great joy and great passion. I write about this in my book Keto Green 16 the 16 day program to really push us into ketosis the healthy way, the healthiest way possible for those of us in menopause and for our families and guys too.
