This is why when people go on vacation, they come back and they don't feel so good, even if they went to fancy restaurants. And they often just blame themselves, too much alcohol, or I just overate. It's that you were eating a bunch of seed oils and you didn't know it. Like, if you— especially if you've been trying to avoid them and you go out, you're just trying to have a good time on vacation, but you're going to be getting seed oils. And so if you want to avoid them, you have to be that aggressive, take over the conversation person and say something like this: Is there anything you can make for me from scratch with butter, because butter they're not gonna fake. And you can always specify, I mean real butter, not butter oil, which is a thing, tastes like butter. Yeah, so you do have to say that, and not margarine, right?
