I literally just had a gal who— she weighed— who's like, you know, I've been stuck at like 134.5 pounds for a year. And I'm like, wow, that's amazing, you maintained that. And she goes, and then I did what you said and I started lifting weights and eating more protein. She goes, I went down to 124, and that was all I did. She goes, you know, eating more protein, which then displaced some other stuff, lifting weights. Now she's totally focused on how heavy can she lift. So now she's become a little bit obsessed with my deadlifts and my squats, everything else. And she goes, and my weight went up to 128. She goes, and then old me would have freaked out, and the new me saw that I just dropped more body fat because actually I put on some muscle and dropped some fat. It's called recomping. But if you are not looking at the scale, you would not know it. Exactly.
