How can we shift the narrative around perimenopause? Ask Gia. I really feel like everything is shifting right now, and I just have to do a shout out to my friend Tamsen Fadal, who just came out with The M Factor 2. That is a documentary all around perimenopause. She did her one on menopause, and she has really helped along with some of the crusaders out here in menopause, Dr. Bondarite and Dr. Stacy Sims on the exercise piece of it, and Dr. Mary Claire Haver, and then some of the first in like Dr. Anna Kopecka. So many people are in here leaning in. Cynthia Thurlow, Dr. Mariza Snyder, helping us change the narrative. So the big way that we shift that narrative is to support all of these women, all of these doctors who are out there doing the work and getting the word out.
