What is the biggest scam in healthcare that no one wants to talk about? It's the insurance companies. Because if you look at how the insurance companies work, they actually force us to wait until a problem gets big enough that you are probably never going to recover from it. If we instead invested in our health like we invested in our cars or our pets and really focused on both preventive medicine but predictive medicine, what can we do so that we can learn about the challenges we may face so that we can start doing the right things now so that we never have to rely on big insurance to take care of us later.
