Hey, it's J.J. here. You know, I've been talking about environmental toxins forever and laundry detergent is a sneaky one. A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze. It looks like a dryer sheet, but it's actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. Right now you can try Earth Breeze for up to 40% off with free gifts@earthbreeze.com virgin that's earthbreeze.com virgin for up to 40% off plus free gifts on your first order. Hey JJ here. Hey, it's J.J. here. Now let's be honest. The holidays are basically a financial ambush. Travel, hosting gifts, surprise holiday school things. Suddenly you're wondering how December turned into a spending spree. If you want to keep your finances under control this holiday season, you need to be using Monarch. It's rated the Wall Street Journal's best budgeting app of 2025. I love, love, love this question so much of my book. The energy formula is about mindset and there's a whole chapter, the G in energy is growth. And I get into nootropics and some of those kind of mindset supplements, but I definitely get into mindset itself and talking about stoicism, the type of resilient thinking where the obstacle is the way. Instead of wishing for a life without obstacles, instead of wishing for a shortcut around the obstacles, cherishing the obstacle and knowing that is how we find our strength. That is how we get stronger. That's how we get better. Just like going to the gym. This is the gym for your brain. It's called allostatic load in the body. And the more resilient we are, the bigger our stress bucket or allostatic load can be. The more stress we can handle. And the more stress we can handle mentally, the more stress we can handle physically. Like pathogens and viruses and things like that, and vice versa. When we get better at physical stress, doing cold plunges and hot saunas and doing fasting, we get better at dealing with mental stress. So your body sees both the same. Those are allostatic load. Another thing that I would say that's really important is if your big goals are overwhelming, start making small goals. Start breaking them down into much simpler things. Start tracking things, journaling things, using an app if you want, using Google Keep or Evernote or something like that, and just tracking things and tracking your small wins with your small goals. That's really important. If the big goals just seem too big, then break it down. Start making it simple. If Your goal is, for example, to lose 50 pounds, which I don't think is a good goal. I think a good goal is to fit into a certain dress or feel great about your body or whatever. I think a shift like that's more important than getting caught up in a number. But two, I think breaking it down into smaller things like what's the dress size you want to get into for, you know, in X weeks? Like, those kinds of things. Like, and. Or, you know, lifting a certain amount of weight by X weeks, you know, being able to walk 2 miles by X weeks, you know, start getting like, your goals broken down to where instead of like one massive goal, you have 20 smaller goals. And then how good does that feel when you start checking off all these goals of like, wow, I can walk two miles. I'm in a smaller dress. I'm able to skip McDonald's, I'm able to skip the diet soda and have a Topo Chico. I don't know, something like that. Those are all mini wins, but big wins that add up. So that's what I'd recommend.
