Hey, it's J.J. here.
You know, I've been talking about environmental toxins forever, and laundry detergent is a sneaky one.
A lot of them contain harsh chemicals.
Like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze.
It looks like a dryer sheet, but.
It'S actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating, and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. Right now you can try Earth Breeze for up to 40% off with free gifts@earthbreeze.com virgin that's earthbreeze.com virgin for up to 40% off plus free gifts on your first order.

You know, one of the real challenges in my clinical practice in dealing with patients and often using nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals and other therapeutic agents that we have to give in pill form, either in capsules or in soft gels generally and have people swallow is pill fatigue. Some people just have problems swallowing pills to begin with. They don't have a very good tolerance to swallow things, and this is particularly true with younger people. If you're trying to treat children, for instance, it's a real problem. Elderly often have a significant problem swallowing pills as well, but even the average adult, many of them don't like swallowing pills very much, particularly if the pills get as large as many supplements do. And then even people who don't really have an aversion to swallowing pills, if they give them too many pills to take on a daily basis, they get really sick of it. And it's one of the big reasons for lack of follow through on treatment programs. They'll take them for a while and then they'll just sort of get pill fatigue and they just drift away from the plan you want them on and therefore they don't get the kind of results you want. And if they don't go totally away from their suggested protocol or regimen, they'll often cut it in half, which often doesn't get the job done. Now we've been trying to deal with this when we design nutraceuticals nutritional supplements for many, many years and we've done so in many ways. You've seen a lot more supplements being offered now in powders that you can mix up into water or some kind of beverage or put in smoothie. But people get sick of powders too they can be messy, they can clump. A lot of the things we try to give to people therapeutically inherently don't mix well in water. They're not very water soluble by virtue of their chemical properties. So you get kind of floating stuff on the top and the beverage just doesn't look appealing. And for those reasons also, people just stop doing it. You have things like chews that people have tried to use, but you can only put so much in a chew and then you got to come up with ways to sweeten it and make the mouth feel right. They can be challenging and they need to be made in massive numbers in confectionery type of manufacturing environments. So many times the minimum amount of product you would need to run is just too big to justify putting the product out. Some people have tried to embed nutrients into beverages, but once again, solubility, taste stability is issues. So we've really been trying to do more and more to come up with ways that we can deliver the therapeutic natural agents, whether they're vitamins, minerals, amino acids, N nutraceutical compounds, neurotransmitter precursors, things such as that in a delivery mechanism that people just inherently enjoy taking. So it's not that they grin and bear it and they just take it because they know there's some good down on the horizon from taking it, but they actually take it because they really enjoy taking it. So that's what we, I think we have definitely achieved with the FX chocolate line. And I'm very, very excited about it. And as I've used it so far, you know, patients no longer complain about taking their functional supplements. They actually enjoy taking them and look forward to it.
