A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze. It looks like a dryer sheet, but it's actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. This episode is brought to you by Pacifico. Here's a story you've probably never heard. Legend has it, decades ago, a couple surfers went down to Mexico in search of epic swells. But they found something unexpected instead. It was still crisp, lively and smooth, but it had nothing to do with waves. It was Pacifico, a delicious Mexican lager. It's like it was brewed to be discovered. Pacifico find your own way. 21 Discover Responsibly Pacifico Clara Beer imported by Crown Import, Chicago, IL I'm doing.

Hey, it's JJ here. Now let's be honest. The holidays are basically a financial ambush. Travel, hosting gifts, surprise holiday school things. Suddenly you're wondering how December turned into a spending spree. If you want to keep your finances under control this holiday season, you need to be using Monarch. It's rated the Wall Street Journal's best budgeting app of 2025. Monarch is the all in one personal finance tool that brings your entire financial life together in one clean interface on your laptop or your phone. What really grabbed my attention is how fast those little holiday expenses pile up with Monarch. Seeing everything in one place makes it a lot harder to accidentally overspend. And honestly, I appreciate anything that that keeps me from starting January with a money hangover. You'll love exploring the holiday spending category. Imagine how good it will feel to actually see what's happening before your credit card statement does that whole dramatic reveal thing. Common Question Ambra what I would say is, you know, it really is what resonates with you. You know, bio individuality is really key here. And so for some people, they feel great being on a keto diet or a vegan diet or a low carb diet. Obviously I tend to lean heavily towards animal based proteins. So, you know, paleo, primal, carnivore, ketogenic diets all have lots of benefits. It's really ultimately what is what makes your, what fuels your body, what allows you to have plenty of energy, to sleep properly, to feel like you have good cognition, like you have, you know, your ability to do your job well, if that's in or outside your home. And so I really would encourage and implore you to spend a little bit of time focusing first and foremost on protein, whether that be plant or animal based, and then adding in some healthy fats and then earning your carbohydrates. I think carbs are really important, especially as we're, you know, nearing a point in our lives where carbohydrates become a bigger issue. And so the days of being able to eat whatever you want are long behind you. And so really focusing on good quality carbs and things that I really focus on are squash and sweet potato root vegetables, green leafy vegetables, low glycemic berries, some of the citrus fruits are going to be superior choices to rice and bread and pasta and things like that, where it's a whole lot harder for us to acquiesce to determining that we feel full. You know, we have a higher satiety when we have protein and healthy fats as opposed to carbs. And depending on who you are, some people are more sensitive to their carbohydrates, meaning some people have the ability to consume larger quantities than others. So it requires a bit of fine tuning. And I just come to find this is one of those areas where you really have to do a little bit of detective work, find out what resonates and works best for your body and determine what makes you feel like you're thriving.
