Okay, so here's what I did with both my plant protein powder and my bone broth protein powder. So the reality is both of those types of protein have lower amounts of specific amino acids than as compared to whey, and whey protein is the gold standard for having the best essential amino acid blend. The challenge is Some people don't do well with dairy. And so what I did— or they're a vegan, right? And so what I did was I took my plant-based and my bone broth base and I spiked them, boosted them with the amino acids they needed to resemble the amino acid profile of whey so that when you use them, you're getting the amino acids in the right balance. So yes, that's why I created it, so you can use it to both have as your own smoothie or to add into other things. like oatmeal or a plant-based yogurt or something to get the protein content out, or even making a mocha coffee, which is super yummy.
