Hey, it's J.J. here.
You know, I've been talking about environmental toxins forever, and laundry detergent is a sneaky one. A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze. It looks like a dryer sheet, but it's actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. I'm super excited to talk about superfoods. Superfoods have completely changed my life, and they've helped thousands of people in my community. So back when I was struggling after losing my son, I was struggling because I was dealing with brain fog, I was dealing with depression, and I do believe I had some anxiety going on. And that is when I really started to dive into the truth around movement and how that can heal you. But then I also started experimenting with superfoods in my kitchen. I didn't have a lot of money to, so I was basically buying about four or five key ingredients, which I would call superfood ingredients, and experimenting with them. And I was finding concoctions that were actually totally blowing my mind. One, they were giving me more energy. Two, they were lifting my brain fog and really helping with depression and anxiety within my body. But then I found that it was also making me look younger, feel younger. I literally was starting to reverse the aging process. And so the superfoods that I'm in love with, that I think really are the key for immunity right now is one is raw, ceremonial grade cacao. Now, this might be a surprise to people. You might be thinking, chocolate, how could this be really good for my immunity? But here's the deal. Raw cacao is different than raw cocoa powder or chocolate. Cocoa powder is stripped of over 300 phytonutrients, whereas raw cacao contains all those phytonutrients plus two key chemicals that are amazing within the body. The first one is called anandamide, which you can only find one other food in the world that contains it. It's called the bliss chemical or the bliss molecule. And what it does is it increases energy inside your body, but it also creates this sense of euphoria. So the sense of making love and loving yourself and loving other people, feeling a sense of connection, this is really potent for you to get into that sense of love, which we all know is the most, very most powerful vibration and emotion you can hold onto. Cacao also contains a chemical called theobromine. Now, this is really different than caffeine. Theobromine is what increases oxygen flow throughout your body. This is why you think clearer. You can act with less brain fog. It's also been known to help with Alzheimer's or people that are having memory loss. So this superfood not only makes you feel really good, but it helps you operate at the highest level. Plus, cacao has way more antioxidants than blueberries and kale. It's like over 3,000 times more than kale. So it's super powerful. The second superfood that I really love is turmeric. Now turmeric, I believe, is the gold spice of all gold spices. It actually helps with inflammation in the body, boosting the immunity. What we know is that when we have inflammation inside of our body, inside of our cells, inside of our organs, it decreases our ability to fight exterior infections, bacterial, viral infections. So when the body is decreased in inflammation, your immunity naturally is higher. So turmeric is one of my favorite, which is also in my blend called Cacao Bliss, which I'll talk about in just a minute because I've got to mention it. Number three, my third favorite superfood of all superfoods is ginger for immunity. Now, ginger is once again really known for helping with fighting infections. It helps with decreasing inflammation in the body, and it's super good. And it's easy to add ginger to the smoothies to put it in some of these dishes that you're doing, like maybe Asian dishes or stir fries. So good for you. So my top three are raw cacao, turmeric and ginger. Now I just want to just do a quick plug for Cacao Bliss because Cacao Bliss is raw, ceremonial grade cacao infused with seven superfoods, including turmeric, but then additional superfoods to really have a delicious drink that's actually good for you.
