A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze. It looks like a dryer sheet, but it's actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. Right now you can try Earth Breeze for up to 40% off with free gifts@earthbreeze.com virgin that's earthbreeze.com virgin for up to 40% off plus free gifts on your first order.

Some people think nature is like this, but actually it's like this. Mother Nature is not all sunshine and rainbows. Nature can be hotter than a sauna and colder than an arctic skinny dip. That's why Colombia engineers everything we make for anything nature can throw at you. Columbia engineered for whatever.
Yeah, I would say hormones fluctuating erratically is probably an understatement. Like it's a roller coaster ride. So if you're heading into that, here's what's super duper important. You want to control everything that you possibly can control. So don't add to the rollercoaster ride yourself. So what does that mean? One of the key, most important things as you start to go into menopause is your adrenal health, your stress. Because if you are stressed out and your adrenals are getting exhausted, that's going to make everything worse. Especially because as you start to go into menopause, you need to produce your estrogen through your adrenal glands. You're going to start weighing in on them. So first thing is be kind to yourself. Find what helps support your adrenal glands best for you. And one woman's bliss might be another woman's like worst nightmare. So find what helps relieve your stress. One of the key things of course here is good sleep. That's super important for your adrenal glands. Vitamin C, another really important thing for your adrenal glands. But look at what this might be. Maybe it's high intensity interval training that trains your sympathetic nervous nervous system how to handle stress better. Maybe it's restorative yoga, maybe it's playing with your dog. So find the things that really nourish your adrenal glands and help you recover and do that for yourself every single day. So that's generally managing stress and getting good night's sleep. Super duper important. You can't have good adrenal health if you're not sleeping well. That's number one. Number two, keep your blood sugar balanced. So this is a super important time to be eating from what I call the virgin diet or sugar impact diet plate. And that's good clean protein, healthy fats and then a load of non starchy vegetables. Get great fiber and a little bit of slow low carbs. That's great for satiety and keeping that blood sugar super balanced. That will also help your stress hormones. So there you go. And then the third thing is make sure that your thyroid is optimized. Go check in with a functional medicine doctor, Get Your whole thyroid panel, including your thyroid antibodies and free T3 checked. Make sure that you are in optimal range, not just in normal range. Normal is not optimal by a long shot because if your thyroid's not working well, you're going to struggle even more and you need that to have good sex hormone production. Now a couple other things that can be helpful here in your diet. Look at eating some phytoestrogen rich foods. One of my favorite things to do here is throw freshly ground flaxseed meals and I especially like the golden flax into my smoothie. So there's one thing that you can do. Berries also are super helpful there, cruciferous vegetables, sesame and garlic. So a little hummus can go can work here well too. So make sure you're doing that now. Next thing that can be helpful is Annatto gg. This is a product from Designs for Health that I really like here because it can help with menopausal symptoms, hot flashes, help with bone density, so could support all of those things. So that is one that I would definitely add in is Annatto GG for help in that. And the other thing that I like along with cruciferous vegetables is to take dim. Dim can help detoxify some of the bad estrogens out of your body, which can be happening as you're sailing into this time. So look at those two supplements as things that can really help here and then make sure too that you're working on that really blood sugar balanced diet with rich in phytoestrogens, keeping your adrenals happy, managing your stress and getting a good night's sleep. There you go. And just remember this too will pass and the other side is fantastic. All right, if you've got questions, I've got answers.
