You know, I've been talking about environmental toxins forever, and laundry detergent is a sneaky one. A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners.
Those brighteners don't actually clean anything.
They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze.
It looks like a dryer sheet, but.
It'S actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is.
And how fresh and clean everything comes.
Out without those unnecessary chemicals. Right now you can try Earth Breeze for up to 40% off with free gifts@earthbreeze.com virgin that's earthbreeze.com virgin for up to 40% off plus free gifts on your first order.

Hello, Dr. Peter Martoni here. And you know, when answering this question, I have been rock climbing, skydiving and mountain biking and have unfortunately broke a lot of bones in my in my life. So when identifying the best position to sleep in, it was out of necessity. So what I did is I had a broken collarbone and I couldn't. And I couldn't sleep on my side and I had to sleep on my back. So in thinking that in breaking my collarbone and sleeping on my back, what happened was, is I would wake up in one position even with a broken collarbone, and then I would wake up in that exact position and I wouldn't toss in turn. So that got me thinking, how can you. Because I was a side sleeper my entire life, I had shoulder problems. I had impingement issues with my shoulder. And what I found was when I started, it was after an injury and then I started to sleep on my back in what we call a neutral sleeping position where my arms are down by my sides and then my feet are out the end of the covers and I'm basically like sleeping in a casket. And I would stay in that position and I wouldn't toss and turn all night long. That got me to start thinking and then I started diving in and then I started seeing things. So I watched the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon years ago and I saw when the actors came out of the room and it was based in the 1500s, they had a block of wood for their pillow. And I was sitting there and I'm like, that would be so uncomfortable for a side sleeper. Well, it wasn't for a side sleeper, they would support their neck because they understood the benefit of back sleeping and restoring and maintaining a healthy cervical posture.
