I've heard 18 out of 22 avocado oils tested did not contain pure avocado oil. What do we do? Hey, I think this is a bigger question, really, about making sure that you're buying foods from companies who you can trust, who you know are testing what they're giving you, that what they say on the label actually is the truth. And I'll tell you, one company that I love, and this is where I buy my olive oil or my avocado oil, is from Primal Kitchen, because I know the founder, Mark Sissonen. Yes, he sold the company, but I know he's still deeply involved with it. So that's what I do. And I think the bigger question here is to make sure that when you're buying food or anything else, supplements on down, that you're buying from companies that you trust.
