Hey, it's J.J. here.
You know, I've been talking about environmental toxins forever, and laundry detergent is a sneaky one. A lot of them contain harsh chemicals like dyes, preservatives, and even UV brighteners. Those brighteners don't actually clean anything. They just coat fabric so your eyes think things look whiter or brighter. That's more chemicals I don't want on my family's sheets or skin. And if you've got sensitive skin or allergies around the house, this can be a big problem. That's what got my attention about Earth Breeze. It looks like a dryer sheet, but it's actually laundry detergent. You toss one in the washer and that's it. No pouring, no mess, and no heavy plastic jug. Their packaging is lightweight cardboard, which helps reduce plastic waste. And if you choose the fragrance free option, it's gentle, hypoallergenic, non irritating and non sensitizing. I really like how simple it is and how fresh and clean everything comes out without those unnecessary chemicals. Right now you can try Earth Breeze for up to 40% off with free gifts@earthbreeze.com virgin that's earthbreeze.com virgin for up to 40% off plus free gifts on your first order.

Well, first of all, let me explain your anatomy. Your adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys like little hats, and they make over 100 hormones. They're your fight or flight. Unfortunately, in today's time, we are constantly bombarded with stress, which stresses our adrenals. We're either chased by our tiger or confronted by a tiger. So we all need to realize and help our adrenals. So our adrenal glands. How are adrenal glands affected? Well, stress from your job. Stress from anything that's going on in your personal life. Stress from eating sugar. Stress from eating, drinking too much caffeinated beverages because caffeinated beverages overstimulate the nervous system. Use of lots of sugar. Sugar raises your cortisol levels. Too much alcohol, too much stimulation, they deplete the kidney. The kidney is where the adrenals sit. Then also, if you have chronic infections like fungus, parasites, and viruses, they wear the adrenal glands down. If you have silver fillings, they will also put out toxins. So excessive exposure to toxicity and the toxins in the body will suppress the immune system. If you use lots of, you know, think about how you're cooking and how you're drinking. You've got to make sure the chlorine and fluorine, that's another toxin. Use of birth control pills and other hormone replacement. You want to make sure you're using biologically identical hormones. We're constantly exposed to nuclear power plants and EMFs. Those also are serious hormone disruptors. If you eat foods that are processed, like fried foods and processed foods, it's going to be a drain to the body. So all of these things are very, very important. So what kind of symptoms would you have if you have adrenal gland? Well, if you're constantly fatigued, if you wake up tired and you just can't make it through the day, if your sleep is erratic, sometimes you don't sleep enough, sleeping too much. If you crave salty foods, and if you just have a lack of, just depletion of energy and you're just exhausted, or let's say you go, go for exercise for 30 minutes to an hour and you just exhausted. You don't have a good sex strike. Your ability to handle stress. You get anxious and depressed really quick. When you're recovering from a flu or an injury or trauma, you don't recover quickly. You have a lot of anxiety and depression. You're just not enjoying life. Maybe you have hormonal symptoms like PMS or your menopause is terrible. And then if you miss a meal, you have you're you feel uneasy and jittery. Your your brain just doesn't work. You're less focused, you have memory problems, you're fuzzy. Maybe when you stand up you get lightheaded and your relationships are just everything irritates you. And also difficulty getting up in the morning is also you feel better after an evening meal. You just are not productive. You maybe have more allergies, you have restless legs in hand, you're anxious. Frequent illnesses, weight loss or weight gain is a problem. So you can see how the adrenal glands play such a vital function for every single system in the body, whether it's the respiratory system, the brain system, the lungs, the digestion, hormones, everything is seriously effective. So it's something we need to pay close attention to. Foreign.
