Hi, I'm Joe. And I'm Nate. And we are the co-founders of RopeGun. RopeGun is a fitness tracker, route guide, and social media platform for climbers. When a user climbs with their phone, our application is able to detect how many climbs they did during that session. We also allow users to share their climbing activities with friends, find the perfect routes to do outside, as well as track their progress over time.
Activity tracking for climbing is a totally untapped market. There are more than 5 million American climbers and over 1,000 people climbing for the first time each day in the United States alone.
We plan to release a beta for testing in San Luis Obispo by the end of summer and our first version to the App Store by the end of December. Our go-to-market strategy is to incentivize existing customers to share the platform with others, as well as to acquire key influencers as customers.
We will leverage our expertise in interface design and software development to optimize this product for our target customer.
With your mentorship, we can achieve our goal of creating the best route guide, social media, and activity tracking platform for climbing.
