Visualize your goals in vivid detail: where you live, how much money you have, who's around you. Write it as a one-page vision statement, record it, and listen daily. Your subconscious treats imagined scenarios like reality, so repeated visualization rewires your brain to chase the goal.
Chapters
The first one is begin with the end in mind. Define in, in nauseating detail exactly what life will be for you when you hit that goal. I mean, where do you live? How much money is in the bank? Who are you hanging out with? What does the company look like? What is it? And you will if you keep your eye on that. And you read that vision statement every day. You got to keep it short, keep it to one page. Record it so you can hear the whole thing in two and a half minutes. But your subconscious will live there.
Your subconscious doesn't know the difference between real and imagined. True. Right. That's why we jump when the shark comes up. And Jaws. Right. We're in a movie theater in our house. We know there's no shark logically. But our subconscious is in the moment and believes the shark is real. So we react.
