Set it up by creating an avatar (takes about 12 hours), connecting your Zoom calendar, and toggling whether it participates or handles chat only.

We are excited to announce our Zoom integration. Now you can send your Delphi to meetings to interact, transcribe and recap on your behalf. In this video I'm going to take you through the step by step instructions to get started.
There are two primary ways your Delphi can engage in Zoom meetings. The first is as a video avatar. They can have a discussion with all members of the call. It will join as a passive participant that will listen and transcribe the conversation. It can be prompted with the phrase hey Delphi. This is its cue to actively join the conversation and give a response.
The other way to utilize your Delphi is as an audience management tool in the chat of a call. If you run webinars or group coaching calls, this will make your life much easier. All a participant has to do is mention your Delphi name using the key beforehand in a question and it will respond just as you would.
After the conclusion of a meeting, Delphi will send you a recap of the call. This includes participants, key takeaways and a full recording and transcript.
Here is how you can get started. If you don't have a video Avatar, it's a one time fee and you can have it built within 12 hours of uploading a training video. Once you have your avatar created, go to the Integrate tab and select Meeting Integrations.
To invite your Delphi into a live call. Copy and paste the URL from the meeting. Use the toggle on the top right to set if you want your video avatar to join and participate in conversation or just answer questions in the chat.
Once you select Join, your Delphi will immediately become a participant in the call.
Want to sync your calendar so you can choose which meetings to send your Delphi to in the future? Click connected Calendars and then sync your calendar.
Your future meetings will automatically populate. Use the toggle to determine which meetings you want your Delphi to attend.
